U-POL RAPTOR is a 2K polyurethane protective coating that combines unbeatable toughness with custom colour flexibility. Designed to be mixed with standard automotive solvent-based colourants, RAPTOR Tintable lets you match any RAL, BS, or OEM colour – ideal for colour-coded truck beds, off-road builds, marine applications, and industrial surfaces.

Suitable Substrates:

• Truck beds, trailers, 4x4s, off-roaders

• Steel, aluminium, wood, fiberglass, rigid plastics

• Concrete, OEM e-coat, polyester fillers, SMC, GRP

Application Details:

• Mixing Ratio: 3:1 (Coating : Hardener)

• Pot Life: 60 minutes @ 20°C

• Coverage: Up to 4.6 m² per litre, depending on texture

• Flash Time Between Coats: 60 minutes

Apply using:

• RAPTOR Application Gun (Schutz-style)

• HVLP Spray Gun (1.6–2.0 mm tip, 29 PSI)

• Roller or brush

Important Notes:

• Allow full cure before placing heavy loads

• Do not allow contact with water for 72 hours post-application

• Not suitable for polyethylene surfaces
