CoverShield 2K Acrylic Bed Liner – Tinted

Covershield is a professional-grade 2K acrylic polyurethane liner designed for high durability, weathering resistance and a customisable textured gloss finish. It delivers excellent adhesion across metals and plastics, strong chemical and mechanical resistance, and long-term anticorrosive and UV protection.

Custom Tinting
We can tint this product to match your colour code, including RAL, British Standard, and other recognised systems—perfect for colour-critical repairs and projects.

Exceptional durability with high mechanical and chemical resistance.
Anticorrosive & UV protection for long-term outdoor performance.
Heat resistant up to 85 °C in the applied film.
Excellent adhesion to steel, aluminium and more.

Technical Highlights

Mixing ratio: 3:1 with hardener.
Pot life: approx. 1 hour at 20 °C.
Drying: touch dry 45–60 minutes at 20 °C; recoatable 1–24 hours.
Full performance: after full cure (up to 15 days at room temperature or faster with heat).
