Our Heavy Duty Kennel Floor Paint is a hard-wearing, single-stage coating specifically formulated for concrete and metal surfaces in veterinary clinics, kennels, and animal shelters. It delivers a smooth, satin finish with outstanding resistance to water and cleaning chemicals, ensuring durable protection even in high-use areas.

This premium floor paint is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and can be mixed to a wide range of RAL and British Standard colours.

• Fast-drying formula – touch dry in approximately 30–40 minutes, through-dry in 2 hours (20 °C)

• Excellent adhesion on concrete and metal substrates

• Water and chemical resistance, ideal for regular washing and disinfection

• Good in-depth drying for reliable film hardness

• Versatile application – can be applied by spray or brush

Technical Information

• Finish: Satin (approx. 75–80 % gloss at 60°)

• Recommended coats: 2 × 30 µm dry film thickness

• Flash-off time: 5–10 minutes between coats

• Full cure: 15 days at 18–22 °C for maximum performance

• Coverage: Approx. 8–10 m² per litre (2 coats on smooth surface)

Application Tips

• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oil or dust.

• Apply in well-ventilated conditions between +5 °C and +30 °C.
