Covershield 2k Acrylic Bed Liner is a premium 2K textured coating designed for high-durability protection on a wide range of surfaces. It offers a tough, flexible finish with excellent resistance to impact, abrasion, chemicals, weathering and UV. Ideal for demanding environments where long-lasting protection is essential.

Mixing Ratio: 3 Parts Paint, 1 Part Hardener – 3:1
Texture: Adjusting Nozzle size, Spray pressure, Thinner quantity and Spray distance will affect texture appearance.

Application Tips

• Apply 1–2 coats or 1 heavy coat depending on texture desired
• Typical dry time: Touch dry 45–60 mins (20°C)
  
• Recoat window: 1–24 hours
  
• Use HVLP, gravity gun, pressure pot or air-assisted equipment
• Full performance reached after 15 days air drying
